Renewal Sales Manager

You will be part of the Global Sales organization responsible for the SaaS/Cloud, Subscription License, and Maintenance renewal process, identification of additional opportunities in assigned accounts and closing of renewal contracts for all end user customers and partners. Establish quotes for annual or other term renewal sales and follow through to closure for the assigned Account(s) or Territory. Demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s various products and underlying elements of the license models. Work independently at times, contacting customers about renewals and handle sales objections during the renewal process. Educate customers or partners on business practices, policies or other associated contractual implications.

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the assigned territory of accounts or partners with a specific quota for SaaS/Cloud and Subscription license reorders as well as any perpetual maintenance contracts, including key metrics for on-time quoting and on-time license or maintenance renewals

  • Responsible for upselling additional licenses or modules in any assigned accounts and executing on upsell initiatives in that territory

  • Proficient in understanding the various SaaS/Cloud hosting and license model elements and demonstrate the ability to communicate the value of these to Customer or selling Partners

  • Maintains account team relationships and communicates effectively during the renewal process

  • Handle Customer Objections during the sales process, and participate in negotiations, and escalates issues in a timely manner to Sales Account Executives or other management as needed

  • This position is an Inside Sales role with the expectation that most if not all customer interactions would be done virtually

The required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience you will bring include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business emphasis or Selling Curriculum

  • 3 years’ Inside Sales experience including account or territory management

  • Experience or educational training on Sales Processes and Objection Handling
  • Experience using CRM systems for opportunity management and reporting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, proven ability to present to customers and ability to manage work time independently
  • Knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Office Tools
