Seasoned life sciences technology executive to accelerate global commercial growth and adoption of the ValGenesis Smart GxPTM platform and VALTM AI

In this role, Baker will lead the company’s global revenue organization, overseeing sales strategy, customer expansion, partner-led growth, and commercial execution across key markets.
Baker joins ValGenesis at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth as life sciences organizations accelerate their shift from manual, document-heavy validation processes to intelligent, connected, and AI-enabled validation. As chief revenue officer, he will focus on scaling global sales execution, strengthening customer engagement, expanding strategic partnerships, and helping customers realize measurable value from ValGenesis Smart GxP and VAL™, the company’s governed AI that executes GxP work across the validation lifecycle.

Baker brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, life sciences, and commercial leadership. Most recently, he served as a strategic growth executive and adviser to select life sciences solution providers. Previously, Baker was chief commercial officer at Greenphire, where he helped scale one of the industry’s leading clinical technology companies. Earlier, he served as chief sales officer at Advanced Health Media (AHM).
