With deep expertise in pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, quality risk management and  Process monitoring basics. Nilesh plays a key role in shaping innovative, regulatory-aligned solutions for the Life Sciences industry.
 
At ValGenesis, he works across multiple strategic platforms, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, business needs, and evolving regulatory landscapes. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and deliver scalable solutions that support sustained product growth. His work is deeply rooted in Agile methodology, enabling iterative development and continuous delivery of value.
 
Prior to joining ValGenesis in February 2024, Nilesh served at ArisGlobal, where he gained extensive experience in regulatory systems, incident management, and strategic product planning. He also possesses strong submission knowledge in RIMS and xEVMPD, contributing to the development of compliance-focused enterprise platforms.
