Michael Naimoli is Vice President of Channel Partner Strategy at ValGenesis, where he leads the development and expansion of our global partner ecosystem - driving growth through strategic alliances, resellers, and service-led partnerships across life sciences.

He has more than 25 years of experience building strategic alliances, scaling partner programs, and executing partner-led go-to-market strategies in regulated, innovation-driven industries. Prior to ValGenesis, Mike led North American alliance and channel management at Dassault Systèmes and previously supported customer success, operations, and client services leadership roles at Veeva Systems, with additional senior leadership experience at Hitachi Consulting, SAP, and Microsoft.

Mike’s career blends deep life sciences domain expertise with enterprise software and SaaS execution—spanning ISV/OEM partnerships, co-sell and ecosystem growth, and cross-functional leadership with C-suite stakeholders. He holds a BS in Molecular Biology from Penn State and an MSE in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton.
