Manoj Mashalkar is director of product management (MSAT) at ValGenesis, with more than two decades of pharmaceutical experience in formulation development, technology transfer, process development and validation. At ValGenesis, Manoj leads strategy and development for the Cleaning, Analytical Method and Process Validation solutions within the VLS Suite and SmartGxP platform, working with engineering and cross-functional teams on digital validation solutions for regulated life sciences customers.

Before joining ValGenesis, Manoj held MSAT and technical operations leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, with earlier roles at Jubilant Life Sciences, USV Private Limited, Zydus Cadila, Wockhardt Research Center, Glenmark Research Center, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Micro Labs. His background includes technology transfer and scale-up of more than 100 complex molecules, cleaning validation, process validation, Quality by Design and lifecycle management. He holds a master’s degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutics, from RGUHS, Bangalore.
