Karsten Konrad

Karsten Konrad is an experienced sales professional who joins ValGenesis as an Account Executive, responsible for leading strategic growth across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions. With over two decades in sales and account management—including more than 14 years specifically within Life Sciences, IT, and SaaS—Karsten brings extensive industry knowledge and proven expertise to the ValGenesis team.

Born and based in Frankfurt, Karsten earned his degree in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt. His international perspective was greatly shaped by a formative exchange year in Port Angeles, Washington State, during which he built lasting global friendships.

Karsten’s career highlights include impactful roles at prominent companies such as Sparta Systems/Honeywell Life Sciences, IQVIA, and ARCONDIS, where he partnered with exceptional teams to deliver forward-thinking, value-driven solutions to clients.

Outside the professional sphere, Karsten enjoys gardening—particularly preserving heritage tomato varieties—and emphasizes healthy cooking. He is also a dedicated supporter of Eintracht Frankfurt, a passionate independent backpacker exploring destinations like Nicaragua and Indonesia, and maintains a balanced lifestyle through yoga, sauna sessions, and quality time with family and friends.
