Karsten Konrad is an experienced sales professional who joins ValGenesis as an Account Executive, responsible for leading strategic growth across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions. With over two decades in sales and account management - including more than 14 years specifically within Life Sciences, IT, and SaaS—Karsten brings extensive industry knowledge and proven expertise to the ValGenesis team.

Born and based in Frankfurt, Karsten earned his degree in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.

Karsten’s career highlights include impactful roles at prominent companies such as Sparta Systems/Honeywell Life Sciences, IQVIA, and ARCONDIS, where he partnered with exceptional teams to deliver forward-thinking, value-driven solutions to clients.
