Fabrizio Maniglio

Fabrizio Maniglio is Vice President, Digital Transformation & AI Solutions at ValGenesis, where he leads the go-to-market strategy for ValGenesis AI capabilities across life sciences. He helps customers translate regulated requirements into practical, ROI-backed adoption, pairing tailored use cases with clear value realization and implementation pathways.

With 15+ years spanning quality leadership and customer-facing strategy, Fabrizio is known for connecting compliance, quality, and digital transformation into measurable business outcomes. Prior to ValGenesis, he served as Director, Industry & Business Development at Honeywell, focused on executive engagement, innovation, and translating customer and industry needs into value-driven products and go-to-market programs.

Earlier in his career, Fabrizio held senior quality leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, spanning audit & compliance, data integrity, and computer system validation. He led regulatory inspections (including FDA and multiple global health authorities), built audit teams and KPI frameworks, and drove quality transformation initiatives.

Fabrizio is Chair of the Research Quality Association (RQA) IT Committee, supporting the committee’s mission and strategic pillars tied to digital transformation, and contributing to IT strategy, articles, and presentations. He holds an MSc in Microbiology and a BSc in Biology from ETH Zürich.

He is driven by the belief that technology should simplify complexity, strengthen quality systems, and help teams focus on what matters most: delivering safe and effective products to patients.
