David Horn
President
David Horn serves as President of ValGenesis, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across life sciences, finance, strategy, and business operations. He works closely with the executive team to strengthen operational capabilities, support global growth, and advance the company's long-term strategy.
Prior to joining ValGenesis, David served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Seer, Inc., where he oversaw financial and commercial functions and supported strategic planning and execution. Previously, David spent more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he led the firm's global Life Science Tools & Diagnostics practice and helped oversee its Western Region Healthcare practice.
David holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
