The event will bring together life sciences leaders, industry experts, and customers for a program focused on how organizations are applying artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and modern validation approaches across the product lifecycle. It will begin with a welcome reception on May 18, followed by ValConnect Innovation Day on May 19, and conclude with hands-on training sessions on the ValGenesis Smart GxP™ platform on May 20.
Attendees will hear real-world case studies from Pharmascience and UCB, highlighting how organizations are scaling digital validation and development initiatives, applying Quality by Design (QbD) and Quality Risk Management (QRM), and driving operational transformation. A VAL™ (ValGenesis AI) customer will provide a firsthand perspective on implementation, including key challenges, outcomes, and lessons learned.
The agenda also includes a panel discussion with industry leaders from Axendia, UCB, Chiesi, and Hansa Biopharma on how emerging technologies are reshaping research, manufacturing, and quality. Interactive discussions, peer networking, and mentoring sessions with ValGenesis experts will provide additional opportunities for attendees to engage directly with speakers and peers.
The Lisbon event is part of the 2026 ValConnect Innovation Day series, with additional events taking place on June 2 in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, U.S., and Sept. 9 in Mumbai, India.
