Rani Nahil brings over 15 years of expertise to her role as Business Development Manager at ValGenesis. Before joining ValGenesis, she led the EMEA and APAC Business Development Teams at Sparta Systems, a Honeywell company, where she played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and guiding a team of high-performing sales representatives.

Her extensive experience also includes her role as Global QMS Systems Manager at Lonza, where she was responsible for the management of the Corporate Quality Management System. Additionally, she has held key positions at Norgine and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe.
