Denise Stinson

Denise is part of the Sales Executive team as a Customer Success Manager. Her responsibilities include reaching out to all customers to ensure their total satisfaction with ValGenesis, assisting with renewals and expansions as well as any issues they may be encountering by directing them to the right team and making sure to follow up until their issues have been resolved. Denise has over 8 years’ experience in Customer Success in the SaaS industry as a Global Customer Success Manager. Her previous experience of over 25 years has been in Customer Service, which evolved into Customer Success as we know it today.
