Chinmoy Roy
Chinmoy Roy is a senior industry consultant at ValGenesis with more than 38 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specializing in engineering, computerized and cloud systems validation, data integrity, and quality risk management. Before joining ValGenesis, he led a team at Genentech that designed and validated two paperless biologics manufacturing facilities valued at more than $1 billion that achieved USFDA certification. Roy, a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering’s Data Integrity Special Interest Group, provides training on validation and data integrity, and his services include audits with FDA inspectors. He has authored several articles for technical magazines. Roy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s in computer science.
