What We Need: ValGenesis is now seeking an Account-Based Marketing Specialist who wants to join us in growing ValGenesis’s business. As an ABM Specialist at ValGenesis you will take part in creating and implementing ABM Campaigns to drive the pipeline from a key accounts list developed in collaboration between Sales and Marketing. You will take a data-driven approach, continuously testing and evaluating the success of campaigns and the impact they have in the respective key accounts of our sales pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting tactic combination, aligning internal teams, and executing each one as a project
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on the data they generate and its respective analysis
- Work closely with the other Marketing department teams as well as Sales to build integrated marketing actions
- Assure the full alignment between sales and marketing actions
What We Are Looking For (Requirements): - 4 or more years of experience with Account-Based Marketing or developing marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing time and resources between them
- Good at leveraging data and insights in the development of campaign plans aligned to account strategy
- Demonstrated track record of executing, monitoring, and optimizing integrated campaigns and their budgets
- Ability to peak and write fluently in English
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate and work as part of a team and between several teams
- Experience with MS Office and one of the mainstream CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Google Suite tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio)
- Social Media advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Content Marketing (Newsletters, Blog posts, etc.)
- Fluency in other languages such as Portuguese, French, German or Spanish
