Implementation Strategy
Our team of experienced implementation engineers works with our clients to develop an implementation strategy that will have the least amount of impact on their business while providing the best possible solution to meet their needs. Valgenesis follows the following implementation life cycle for its software implementation process.
Requirements Gathering 
Our team of experienced implementation engineers follows a highly structured approach to gain an understanding of our client's needs. Through face-to-face meetings, our team will assess our client's business processes and translate them into system requirements. The system requirements assessment document will be reviewed by our clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and accounted for. Once agreed upon by our clients, the approved requirements assessment document will become the requirements document and provide the blueprint for configuring the application to meet the needs of our clients.
Infrastructure Review
Our technical team of implementation specialists works with our client's IT department and will conduct a thorough review of their network infrastructure to develop an implementation strategy that will have the least amount of impact on their network.
Installation
Prior to installation, a comprehensive installation plan will be developed based upon the information obtained during the requirements gathering and infrastructure review phases. Once the installation plan has been reviewed and approved by our clients, our implementation team will install ValGenesis at our client's site. Our implementation team will create the server and install ValGenesis on a central server. Once ValGenesis has been installed, our implementation team will thoroughly test the application to ensure that it is functioning properly and can be accessed from client computers.
Configuration
Valgenesis knows that companies, even those operating in the same market, have distinct needs that are separate from one another. It is because of these differences that ValGenesis has been designed to be configurable to meet our client's needs. During system configuration, our implementation team will configure the application through the ValGenesis Administrator Module to meet the specific requirements outlined in the client-approved requirements document. Pending the completion of the ValGenesis configuration, the client will work with the implementation team to assess the changes and verify that each of the client requirements are accounted for and met.
Validation
Valgenesis provides its clients with comprehensive validation documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Our team of validation specialists is experienced and well versed in the compliance regulations set forth by federal governing bodies and follows the quality and validation rules that govern regulated industries. The validation life cycle approach adopted by Valgenesis is comprised of several phases including validation planning, requirements gathering, reviewing, testing, and reporting. In accordance to GAMP 4, Guide for Validation of Automated Systems, our clients and our validation team will work in tandem to develop the validation documents needed to withstand the scrutiny of audits imposed by federal regulatory agencies. The end result is a set of comprehensive validation documents that provide the necessary evidence of compliance.
In regulated industries compliance is not an option, it is a necessity. Documented proof of validation compliance is available through Valgenesis validation documents. Our team works with our clients to tailor validation documents to encompass their needs fully. To be compliant, the user requirements coupled with Valgenesis' extensive knowledge of ValGenesis will be utilized to develop validation documents that are unique to our customers and provide them with the means to withstand audits by federal governing bodies.
Our team is well equipped to meet our client's validation needs not only because of their in-depth understanding of ValGeneisis, but also because of their years of extensive experience with the validation process. Valgenesis has numerous pre-developed validation protocols that can be tailored specifically to meet our client's needs on time and within budget. This means that ValGenesis can be used almost immediately after system installation resulting in minimal impacts on our client's organization.
Training
Valgenesis has flexible training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. The ValGenesis training team is comprised of highly qualified, experienced individuals that have thorough understanding of the product and instructing methodologies. Training programs will be designed specifically for our clients based upon the application configuration ensuring that the end users will learn how to operate the system that has actually been implemented by the organization. Valgenesis offers end user and ValGenesis system administrator training and is able to conduct training at our client's site or at any other common training facility. Once the users have completed the training, they will receive a ValGenesis Application Certification.
Customer Support
Once ValGenesis has been implemented at our client's site, our support staff will provide technical support for the life of the application. Our support team is composed of network and application experts that will troubleshoot all application issues. Valgenesis provides two tiers of support. The first tier of support will field support-related calls and will follow our troubleshooting methodology to attempt to solve the issue. Any issue that cannot be resolved by our tier-1 support team will be forwarded to our tier-2 support team. Our tier-2 support team will analyze the problem and if necessary, visit the client's site to rectify the issue. The Valgenesis support team is dedicated to providing our clients with quality solutions in an expeditious manner.
