ValGenesis’s Web Services functionality enables to perform real-time interaction with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP).  This integration reduces redundancies, improves productivity and provides better information for decision-making throughout the organization.

Integration with SAP
In most of the scenarios, assets (Instrument, equipment, computer systems etc.) are managed within SAP. New equipment details will be dynamically populated, in ValGenesis, through this validated interface. The Validation Process is then scheduled within the ValGenesis system, once the instrument, equipment, computer systems etc. is validated in ValGenesis, the status of the entity will be updated in SAP. Validation status of any asset will be dynamically updated in SAP, with real time validation status from ValGenesis. Once all the validation tasks have been completed and reviewed for a system or project, the validation status is updated and performance indicators are passed to SAP for aggregate analysis to ensure better business decisions.
