ValGenesis has flexible training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. The ValGenesis training team is comprised of highly qualified, experienced individuals that have a thorough understanding of the product and instructing methodologies. ValGenesis offers end user and ValGenesis system administrator training and is able to conduct training either at a client site, or online. Once the users have completed the training, they will receive the appropriate ValGenesis Application Certification.

On-Site
Customers can request on-site training any time they have enough participants to make this an economical option. This is very effective when  a group of people need to be trained at the same time.

Online Training
A ValGenesis professional will train clients via the web. This is extremely effective if users are dispersed over different locations.  This provides connection from anywhere, with no travel required.

Introduction to ValGenesis System

This course will introduce the students to the dashboard and modules within the ValGenesis enterprise system and allow them to work in ValGenesis’s "Out-of-the-Box" environment. Topics include starting, closing, overview of dashboard, navigating through the modules and verifying other functions of ValGenesis, including automated validation. This will provide familiarity with each of these modules, including navigation, terminology and their inter-relationships. Students taking this course do not need to have any previous knowledge of a programming language, or database experience, but validation experience, or exposure, is required. Required training materials will be provided for the training.

ValGenesis – System Configuration and Administration

This three-day course provides a thorough understanding of ValGenesis Administration. It includes details about the different options for configuring the system, including terminology, email notification, e-sign requirements, alert messages etc.  In addition, this course provides instruction administration, troubleshooting and maintenance. This course also includes information about registering templates, workflows, creating taxonomy, entities, binding templates and documents etc. It is designed for the Database Administrator, ValGenesis system administrators, or Super users, who will be responsible for the setup, implementation, backups and maintenance of the ValGenesis system

This one-day course provides a thorough understanding of the validation framework and how it helps to enforce deliverable requirements at the group, or system level, to meet compliance requirements. In addition, this course covers the creation of projects within the validation framework, to manage validation projects, with quality check points.
