Job description:
Summary of duties and responsibilities

Must have good customer interface skills and be able to hold training classes. Must possess problem solving skills and think quickly. Must have some programming knowledge and be able to modify script files to match specific customer requirements. Must have knowledge in Validation and 21 CFR Part 11. The ability to think logically is also important.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of ValGenesis application.
• Perform simple script file modifications to personalize customer specific requirements.
• Be able to install drivers, printers, and other peripheral devices in a Windows OS environment.
• Work closely with customers in a particular implementation to ensure requirements are fulfilled from the customer's perspective.
• Accompany sales and other company personnel to key accounts at appropriate stages in the product life cycle for the purpose of determining and clarifying product requirements and evaluating the extent to which the software development process can be expected to meet customer requirements.
• Provide training to clients as required.

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills and knowledge

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information technology.
• Validation experience desirable.
• Solid understanding of product life cycles and the role of requirements gathering and management throughout the product life cycle.
• Knowledge in 21 CFR Part 11 required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable working with people
