Service Organization Controls
ValGenesis Cloud Solutions are hosted in the most advanced infrastructure available: a SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2-certified data center.
This infrastructure provides advanced security features at the network, server and application levels to ensure customer data is protected. In addition, enterprise-class service provides network redundancies, stand-by backup power and high-bandwidth Internet access through a tier 1 backbone. These assets, plus constant monitoring and skilled resources, which are dedicated to infrastructure health, contribute to ValGenesis’ outstanding record of up-time and availability.
ValGenesis regularly passes rigorous third-party compliance audits through robust security, confidentiality and availability controls. ValGenesis now publishes a Service Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) Type II report under Security. ValGenesis data centers and service providers also publish SSAE16 SOC1 Type II. These reports confirm that ValGenesis delivers fully secure and reliable, high quality operating standards in its data center operations, including provisioning, management and monitoring of hardware, network and firewall.
